"Replacement was easy"
The ball showed up with a defect, which was a little annoying, but they handled it quickly. Sent out a replacement without much back and forth, so I’m happy enough with how it turned out.

I ordered from uballshop.com and, thankfully, the delivery actually came right on time. I hate waiting around and refreshing tracking all day, but the tracking was easy enough to follow and the package showed up in good shape. i just wanted it here when promised without any hassle, and that’s what happened. 5 stars from me.

A few of the items looked decent, but once I saw the final price, it just felt too high compared to other shops. the extra cost seemed unnecessary, and it didn’t really feel worth it for me.

"Warranty got handled, even if it took a minute"
I had a warranty thing come up with my order — one of those annoying little problems you don’t really plan for. Anyway, they did end up taking care of it and sent a replacement part, which was the main thing I needed. The replies weren’t instant, more like a couple days here and there, so I did have that “are we still doing this?” moment. But to be fair, once they responded, it was straightforward and not a huge hassle. Not the fastest experience ever, but they handled it, so I’m alright with it.

But when it arrived, everything was exactly right, the size, color, and the name on the item all matched with no issues. The ordering process was easy too. I’m glad it worked out, and I’d order from them again.

I found the product descriptions easy to follow, and the sizing info was clear enough for me to figure out what I’d probably need. That said, I kept wishing some items had more details or better photos so I could feel more sure before buying. It’s not bad, and it got me most of what I needed, but from my point of view it still feels a little basic

I ordered from U Ball Shop, the tracking was a mess. It showed the package sitting in the same spot for days, then suddenly updated with barely any useful explanation. I was left guessing the whole time, which is on them because tracking is supposed to make things clearer, not more frustrating. The package did eventually show up, but it was later than I expected. I got my order in the end, but after dealing with that confusion, I’m not exactly eager to buy from them again.

I tried ordering a ball from uballshop.com, and the checkout just kept freezing every time I changed the shipping option. Every time. I ended up having to refresh twice and re-type my address, which got old really fast.
The payment did finally go through, but then I didn’t get the confirmation email right away, so I was sitting there wondering if the order even worked. It did work in the end, but the whole checkout process was not smooth at all, not smooth at all

I ordered from uballshop.com and was a little cautious because sizing online can be hit or miss. I went with my normal size after checking the size chart, and it ended up fitting just how I hoped, not too tight and not baggy. I was half expecting it to run small, but luckily there were no issues. Overall, it felt like a safe choice and I’m happy with the fit.
